About Futures Insider

The data behind funded trading.

Who we are, how the numbers on this site are produced, and what we will never claim without a source.

What Futures Insider is

Futures Insider (futuresinsider.co) is a research and tools platform for futures prop trading. We maintain a verified database of evaluation and funded-account plans across futures prop firms, track industry payouts, and run live tools: a conversational Prop Firm Finder, a Monte Carlo Pass Probability Calculator, and Bid-to-Win auctions where funded-account challenges from prop firms go to the highest bidders, with bidding open from $1.

We are not affiliated with futuresinsider.com, a separate futures trade-alert service. We are also not a marketplace, payment processor, or account issuer — the prop firms issue every account and pay every payout.

How plan data is verified

Every price, drawdown rule, consistency rule, and payout term in the Prop Firm Finder is compiled from the firm's own public pricing and rules pages — not from editorial rankings. Plans are re-checked on a schedule against the firms' live sites, and an automated source monitor flags changes between checks. Rows shown as Verified carry the date of their last check.

Where the payout numbers come from

The payout figures on our Payouts page combine public payout disclosures with firm-reported data. For firms that pay through on-chain rails we register the firms' payout sources directly, which lets us track payout counts and totals from the settlement layer itself rather than from screenshots or marketing claims.

The pass-rate figure we cite

Based on partner-firm data reviewed by Futures Insider, fewer than 25% of futures prop firm evaluations end in a pass. That figure is why the Pass Probability Calculator exists: it estimates your personal odds from your own backtested stats before you pay an evaluation fee.

How Bid-to-Win events work

Prop firms put funded-account challenges up for auction. Bidding starts at $1, the top bids take the winner slots, and every winner pays the same clearing price — the lowest winning bid. Results are recorded and an auditable winner report goes to the firm, which contacts winners directly. Futures Insider hosts the event; we never touch the account or your money.
